Who We Serve

At The National Wholehearted Minds Foundation, we serve children and adolescents in the Bell County community who are transitioning out of residential treatment centers and stepping into a new chapter of life. Many of these young people face overwhelming challenges including unstable housing, limited family support, emotional trauma, educational setbacks, and uncertainty about what comes next. Our mission is to help bridge that gap by providing guidance, resources, and a support system that helps them move forward with confidence and dignity.

We believe that no child should leave treatment feeling alone or unprepared for the real world. NWHMF works to connect youth with practical assistance, mentorship, life skills support, and community-based resources designed to promote long-term stability and personal growth. By focusing on compassion, consistency, and empowerment, we aim to help these young individuals build healthier futures and create a stronger foundation for adulthood within the Bell County area.

Your generosity fuels the work we do every day. When you give, you’re not just making a donation — you’re creating real change for individuals and families who need it most. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us expand our programs, provide essential resources, and reach more people in our community.

Donations directly support our ongoing efforts to offer compassion, stability, and opportunity to those facing difficult circumstances. Together, we can build a stronger, more hopeful future for the people we serve.

Residential Treatment Center Bags
$100.00

Every child entering a residential treatment facility deserves to feel seen, supported, and valued. Our Residential Treatment Center Bags provide each youth with a personal set of essentials that bring comfort during one of the hardest transitions of their lives.

Each bag includes:

  • Cozy slippers to bring warmth and a sense of home

  • A notebook and writing utensils to encourage expression, reflection, and healing

  • A Rubik’s Cube or fidget item to help manage stress and anxiety

  • Basic clothing items to ensure dignity and immediate comfort

These bags are more than supplies — they are a message to each young person that they matter, that their community cares, and that they are not facing their journey alone.

Your donation directly funds these care bags and allows us to reach more youth in treatment facilities across our region. Together, we can provide comfort, stability, and a moment of hope at a time when they need it most.
